I’m back with another amazing piece of news from the East (best) side, this time it’s to inform you of the opening of Bloom Coffee at Upper East Coast Road. Taking over the now-defunct Stamping Ground Coffee, the new cafe comes with a Scandinavian minimalist interior, serving coffee and sangas, and is pet-friendly!

You must be wondering what on earth is a sanga, right? Well, it’s basically Aussie slang for sandwiches. So, you know what to expect when you’re here- coffee and sandwiches. But, that’s not all. They also have freshly baked pastries on the counter.

The 30-seater cafe will have an indoor and outdoor area. The indoor area will showcase countertop seating which is perfect for those of you who enjoy chatting up friendly baristas while they prepare your drink. If you’re more of an alfresco person, the outdoor furniture is decked in a stunning shade of green, and is perfect for a cuppa with your furry friend

As there are only five sandwich items on the menu, expect to find savoury sandwiches like the Tonkatsu (S$18) and Grilled Mushroom & Eggplant (S$17), or PB & Strawberry Basil (S$15), for something on the sweeter side.

Additionally, they also have Shoestring Fries (S$10) and Granola Bowl (S$12) made with their in-house granola.

There for a quick sip? Bloom Coffee have Filter Brew (S$3 – S$10)Long Black (S$4.50)Matcha Latte (S$6.50)Yuzu Cardamom Lemonade (S$7.50), and other delightfully concocted drinks on the menu.

If you find yourself around the area, why not stop by for an Instagrammable shot of you sippin’ coffee.
