This 23 May 2020, SethLui.com brings you our second virtual tasting event—the Cloud Wine Experience, together with Winesnspirits.sg and PARKROYAL on Beach Road.

Treat yourself to an indulgent #StayHome night, with a three-course dinner from PARKROYAL on Beach Road paired with three wines from Brown Brothers—all from the comfort of home.

Hosted by Brown Brothers’ Ambassador Andrew Harris, this carefully-curated experience will bring you through a selection of wines together with exquisite dishes with an Asian flair. You can join in the fun through our dedicated Zoom link.

Truly indulge your tastebuds and go for the Premium Duo Experience (S$98), perfect for two to share.

  • 1 x Brown Brothers The Windmill Shiraz (750ml)
  • 2 x Slow-braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with Rendang Sauce, Crispy Puffed Rice and Hazelnut
  • 1 x Brown Brothers The Windmill Chardonnay (750ml)
  • 2 x Stir-fried Large Prawns with Garlic and Chilli
  • 2 x Brown Brothers Sparkling Moscato (200ml)
  • 2 x Yuzu Mochi

Start the night with Stir-Fried Large Prawns with Garlic & Chilli by Executive Chef Zeng Feng from Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant at PARKROYAL on Beach Road, paired with Brown Brothers The Windmill Chardonnay (750ml).

Citrus and pear notes greet the nose, with a hint of vanilla, then transforming into a soft creamy mouthfeel with a smidge of oak.

The second course by Executive Chef Vincent Aw from Ginger at PARKROYAL on Beach Road will blow you away—Slow-Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with Rendang Sauce, Crispy Puffed Rice & Hazelnut, and Brown Brothers The Windmill Shiraz (750ml)—dark plums and blackberries with cedar and spice on the nose, velvety with a long finish.

Finish off with zesty Yuzu Mochi for dessert, paired with a refreshing, fruity Brown Brothers Sparkling Moscato (200ml).

For S$58 per pax, you can choose between the Premium Shiraz Experience, or the Premium Chardonnay Experience.

The Premium Shiraz Experience:
