We’ve heard of pricey yusheng at five-star hotels and luxury Chinese restaurants, but I wasn’t prepared to learn that an ultimate version exists in Singapore — priced at S$1,088,888 to be exact, and that’s before GST (gulp).

It’s entirely made with all the essential yusheng vegetables, topped with the finest ingredients namely smoked salmon, fresh salmon, and smoked duck. This exquisite piece of art also includes a 15ft (about 4.6m) Dragon Pearl worth S$10,000.
Because of its large scale, an advanced booking of at least a week is required. Beyond the booking, it is mandatory for their personnel to visit the location beforehand to assess the space and confirm its suitability for the setup.
If you aren’t planning on such a gigantic setup, it’s comforting to know that the Legendary Golden Dragon Yusheng also comes in smaller versions starting from S$188,888 for 188m, S$288,888 for 288m, and so on. And the best part? Each of them comes with the complimentary Dragon Pearl, too!
Besides that, CaterCo has other alternatives which are just as impressive like the Dragon Boat Yu Sheng (S$2,888 for 6m, S$3,888 for 8m, S$4,888 for 10m) that’s fitted with a 3D dragon head with yusheng placed atop the 3D body structure.
