It’s heaped with crowd favourites like Signature Pork Knuckle, Smoked Franconian Coarse Bratwurst and Thüringer Sausages, along with festive faves like Roasted Half Duck, Christmas Ham with Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Winter Vegetables.
Once you’ve had your fill of savouries, how about nibbling on a slice of fruit-studded Weihnachtsstollen (S$10)? The adorable Lebkuchen (S$7.50) — Gingerbread Boy or Girl — is another sweet pick, especially for the little ones.

For a start, choose between a cosy Roasted Cauliflower Soup and Christmas Salad topped with feta cheese, avocado, honey mustard dressing and the works. A moist Pan Seared Barramundi with garam masala chickpeas, or The Noel Turkey Stack steals the show as your main course, before Baba Au Rhum wraps it up strong.

Then comes 24 Dec, where the Christmas Eve Set (S$88++) takes centre stage with 4 courses. It opens with the Brussels Sprout Bacon Salad — or a vegetarian Brussels Sprout Salad if you’re keeping meat-free — featuring roasted brussels sprouts, pomegranate, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette, plus smoky bacon if you want the full, crispy deal.
Hot on its heels is the Parsnip Soup or the Chicken Liver & Leek Tart. The tart’s a standout if you’re into rich, eggy pastries, especially with the fig jam and endives tagging along.

For the main course, The Noel Turkey Stack is the one I’d call dibs on. It’s all tender pulled turkey, chestnut and celeriac remoulade tucked between soft buns, with sweet-savoury mulled berry jam plus crispy fried kale adding that festive flair. The Roasted Cauliflower with blue cheese sauce and the Black Angus Ribeye with butter glazed carrots and red wine sauce are solid alternatives too.
