The world’s first-ever fried ice cream brand, Frozen Heart (凍心炸冰淇淋) is coming to Singapore! The Taiwanese brand will officially be reaching our shores on 8 Jul 2023 at Jewel Changi Airport.
The company began as a street stall in Taiwan in 2016 and now has an established, loyal fan base both in Taiwan and abroad. The brand’s entry into Singapore will be their first step into the South East Asian Market.
Their innovative fried ice cream treats combine creamy ice-cold gelato with a golden, crispy fried milk toast exterior. The contrast in both texture and temperature is said to be especially delicious.
The Frozen Heart Fried Ice Cream is fried at the optimum temperature to give the perfect crunch while ensuring the gelato encased inside maintains its creamy consistency.
The stall offers the Frozen Heart Fried Ice Cream in a wide variety of flavours. Choose from more basic flavours like Strawberry and Swiss Chocolate to more premium ones like Apple-Flavoured Blueberry. They even have local flavours like the king of fruit, Durian!
Each flavour comes in a different shape and is extremely insta-worthy to boot. Get these frozen treats at S$3.80 per piece for the classic flavours and S$4.50 per piece for the premium ones.
Other than fried ice cream, they also sell the very gelato that fills their fried frozen treats, too.
The Gelato Cups come in 7 exciting flavours and there’s probably something for everyone. If you’re anything like me, the creamy and nutty Pistachio (S$6.50) would be the perfect treat! For something fruity and refreshing, the Apple-Flavoured blueberry (S$5.80) would do the trick.
