We may be coming towards the end of the year, but it seems like there’s no pausing on food fairs happening here. Case in point: FUSE will be taking place from 11 to 13 Nov 2022 at Marina Bay Sands.
FUSE, an F&B consumer show, promises to deliver delicacies from around the world without the hassle of travelling. Food aside, it will also entertain guests with performances by local artists such as Jeff Ng.
Some of the confirmed vendors for FUSE include Yew Tee Feng Zhen Lor Mee, Mother-In-Law Egg Tart, Baan Kanom Thai, Three Nuts Baker, Allo, The Lilac Oak and Rocket Kitchen.
Yew Tee Feng Zhen Lor Mee has been around since 1997 and is known to many to be one of the best lor mee stalls on the island. Expect to be treated with its numerous lor mee options such as Yuan Yuan Fish Lor Mee, Crispy Chicken Cutlet Lor Mee, Fish Lor Mee and Lor Mee Specialty.
If you’re craving Thai snacks, Baan Kanom Thai has got you covered. Enjoy their authentic Thai snacks such as Thai Pandan Pancakes, Thai Sweet Potato Pancakes, Thai Coconut Pancakes, Mini Tokyo Pancakes and Thai Coconut Pudding. Fingers crossed they’ll be offering their Lava Mochi treats!
Mother-In-Law Egg Tart is known for its varied take on the typical Portuguese egg tart that we know and love. The flaky and buttery exterior is sure to make you get more than just a piece! Some of its flavours include Original, Yam & Purple Potato, Earl Grey Black Tea, Crispy Layers Coffee, Valrhona Dark Chocolate Raspberry and Savoury Chicken Ham & Mushrooms.
