This special laksa is inspired by Nyonya and Thai influences and prepared using a heritage recipe dating back to the early 1920s.

Omage Foods: The best dry laksa I’ve had in Singapore & incredibly tasty mee tai mak hidden in Bedok

Send your taste buds on a wild adventure as you savour noodles doused in a creamy and fiery broth made with rempah (spice paste). The dish is packed with prawn paste (hei-ko), sliced cucumbers, pineapples, shallots, mint leaves, chilli flakes and ginger flower.

Take your pick between the Signature GQ Laksa Poached (S$8.80++) and Signature GQ Laksa Fried (S$9.80++). The former comes with prawns and poached tilapia while the latter comes with prawns and delicious battered spiced tilapia.

If you absolutely love seafood, order the Supreme GQ Laksa (S$21++), which is served with scrumptious crayfish and juicy scallops.

Quench your thirst with the Ambarella Fizz (non-alcoholic) or the Ambarella Highball (alcoholic) made with the tangy ambarella fruit (balonglong). This sweet and sour beverage has a unique flavour that’ll transport you to a tropical paradise.

The GQ Laksa Ebi Roll (S$14++) was also specially created to celebrate the collaboration with Rappu Handroll Bar. A Botan ebi is torched and slathered with Granny Q’s spicy laksa rempah, served together with Rappu’s signature sushi rice and seaweed.

You can also opt to get the GQ Laksa Set (S$24-S$35++) where you can combine your favourite laksa with the GQ Laksa Ebi Roll and an Ambarella Fizz. You can also top up S$8 for a Ambarella Highball.

All above-mentioned dishes mentioned are available for dine-in. Alternatively, you can also enjoy the laksa from the comfort of your home by ordering here.
