As more and more places finally get released from renovation work, I am sure folks are incredibly merry at their favourite food joints being available yet again. Along the blocks of 7 Eunos Crescent, Hong Lee Coffeeshop says hello with a new stylish vibe!
Despite being quite a hole-in-the-wall space, Hong Lee Coffeeshop houses some popular stalls. Even before the renovation, many comments mentioned the good variety of food provided. Obviously, one may be curious what remains after the redecoration work, since some stalls disappear afterwards. I headed down to find out just that.
They sure weren’t kidding about how jazzy this coffeeshop became! With neon signs lining up the walls, the now snazzy coffeeshop had a wonderful pop of colour. The interior design of Hong Lee was now fresher than ever.

With a whopping 16 food stalls, customers will no doubt be spoilt for choice. As a person who adores eating something different everyday, this made for quite a treat. In my humble opinion, the variety of cuisine is small, as most of the food are of Chinese cuisine.
Of course, it would be a shame to miss the popular Famous Eunos Bak Chor Mee. Although this branch has just reopened, that did not stop queues from already forming. Famous Eunos Bak Chor Mee (S$4.50) in either Soup or Dry would make for an excellent filling meal.
It is truly a shame that Dunman Road Char Siew Wanton Mee had relocated, leaving this newly renovated space. Perhaps, a good alternative would be the Char Siew Noodle (S$4.50) from this Roasted Delights stall. They also provide Roasted Duck and Roasted Pork to suit different cravings.
However, that is not to say that all the stalls are ready for service just yet. Shu Wei Yuan Mala HotPot in particular has not equipped their fixtures just yet, being rather bare. However, I am sure their Chong Qing Grilled Fish and hefty Mala Xiang Guo is sure to attract some loyal customers.
Personally, the stall I am most interested in Hong Lee Coffeeshop would be Horiginal Beef Noodle. Said to be high in protein and collagen, their dishes are sure to give your body the boost of energy needed! It definitely got me craving for some of that Beef Tendon Mixed Noodle (S$7 for small, S$9.50 for big).
People around the Eunos area now have Hong Lee Coffeeshop back as one of their once again go-to spots to grab a bite. I am sure you are eager to welcome back this coffeeshop back into your dining spots!
