Apart from Singapore’s 56th National Day on 9 August 2021, there’s another sweet celebration to cheers to; KOI Thé Singapore introduces their latest Toffee Series to add some much-needed cheer to our long weekend. Harnessing the saccharine magic of caramelised sugar and butter, KOI is releasing three flavours in this series—Toffee Seasons Milk Tea, Toffee Milk Tea, and Toffee Green Milk Tea.

I can already imagine the bittersweet goodness that’ll come with the Toffee Seasons Milk Tea, with the all-familiar bold and brisk flavour of Seasons tea coupled with the caramelly notes of toffee. I especially can’t wait to have a sip of their Toffee Green Milk Tea. KOI hasn’t disclosed which part of this drink brings the ‘green’ aspect, but we suspect it must be green tea—which is a very welcome profile for us.

The Toffee Series is available at all KOI Thé Singapore outlets islandwide (except Express or Signature outlets) from 9 August 2021 onwards, so there’s no need to put yourselves at risk of massive queues just to get your hands on a cup. Prices also haven’t been released yet, but we reckon they’ll start from about S$4 per cup. We’ve seen the immense crowds that have started to flood malls over this weekend, and we’re all hoping everyone maintains a safe distance from one another and practises good hygiene when out and about.
