Remember the online Sanrio-themed baking lesson we mentioned back in June 2020? If you missed that opportunity to learn the ropes of baking whimsical character chiffon cake from the goddess of kawaii baking, Susanne Ng, worry not as we have some good news for you!
In celebration of Pusheen’s 10th year anniversary, the self-taught baker has collaborated with Pusheen’s creator Claire Belton to release a cookbook with recipes inspired by this chubby kitty cat.
Titled ‘Let’s Bake! A Pusheen Cookbook’, this pastel coloured book features up to 40 recipes with step by step instructions guiding you as you create your masterpieces at home.
Categorised into five sections, the book comprises of a wide range of recipes catering to home bakers will different skill levels. From sweet treats like doughnuts and fruit tarts to savoury bites such as pizza, the book has you covered with all you need for a perfect character-themed party!
Bring your creations to life with a variety of adorable Pusheen expressions that are available as templates for you to copy in the book itself. Full-sized illustrations are also included; trace them on a baking sheet and you will be on the right track.
