Their ongoing WTF Challenge calls upon all of you spice lovers.

Pit your taste buds against their Level 27 Ayam Geprek (S$13.70) and see if you have what it takes.

If you finish the dish within five minutes, you won’t have to pay for anything! Not only that, but you’ll also earn an honourable spot on their Wall of Fame.

For those of you who’re wondering, the Ayam Geprek is essentially a zhng-ed version of its cousin, Ayam Penyet. It comes with the addition of sambal chilli atop the smashed fried chicken.

Papa Ayam prides itself on offering many different spice levels for their Ayam Geprek.

For the Level 27 Ayam Geprek, at least 30 chilli padis go into the paste. They then add garlic and tomato into the mixture, making it absolutely fragrant.

So far, only about a dozen brave souls have emerged victorious from the WTF Challenge.

We also heard that the fastest timing recorded was around two minutes and seventeen seconds.
