CAFE O is situated in Bugis and Changi Airport Terminal 2 serving ‘Singapura’s comfort food and teh’. The speciality dishes featured at the Bugis outlet include the Malay Ginger Chicken Rice and Nian Gao Prata.

The former is said to be a fusion of Malay-style fried chicken and traditional Chinese chicken rice. The chicken is marinated for 24 hours before being beautifully fried to golden perfection. It’s then paired with a fragrant rice cooked in chicken broth, lemongrass and pandan leaves.
