Looking for a place to celebrate NYE with the whole family? The annual Mediacorp countdown party is back with Let’s Celebrate 2025. Now in the heartlands at Singapore Sports Hub, Mediacorp is hoping to bring this year’s big countdown bash to the people.
The festivities this year are bigger and better than ever, taking over the entire Kallang/Stadium area and will feature a 15-minute fireworks display.
Best yet, admission is free.
The Mediacorp countdown party promises entertainment for the entire family. From 5pm, Stadium Riverside Walk will come alive with street performances by juggler Mr Bee, CJ the Bubble Girl, Bloco Singapura, breath-taking fire twirlers and a street magician.
Fun activities await the young ones as well. Children can look forward to balloon sculptures, UV face painting, and sparkling the night away with temporary glitter tattoos and face gems.
At nightfall, the Neon Playground will glow in all its glory. The kids will have a blast with the light-up swings and seesaws, making playtime extra magical. This is guaranteed to keep your children entertained until midnight (if they are still awake by then).
In the meantime, Mediacorp 987 DJ Joakim Gomez and actress and host Munah Bagharib will take over OCBC Square. They will be keeping the party going all the way until midnight.
They will bring the crowd through performances by local artists such as Taufik Batisah, Shigga Shay, Alyph, Iman Fandi, Tabitha Nauser and many more. Be captivated by our homegrown stars as we cherish the memories and envision a brighter future.
If you are afraid of a crowd and wish to avoid the main stage, do not worry. There will be open-air satellite screenings at Stadium Roar and Water Sports Centre.
