Embark on a fresh chapter this spring as you explore the exuberant buffet spread, filled with a myriad of Asian and international festive specialities, expertly assembled by Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee.

Taking inspiration from the energetic Fire Horse year, the Peppermint’s buffet is the perfect setting for memorable gatherings. It not only offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for family, friends and colleagues to gather, but also offers an all-inclusive buffet that’s designed for everyone to enjoy.

One of the highlights is the Black Angus Beef Prime Rib Char Siew, served only from Thursdays to Saturdays. It’s expertly grilled with Applewood using Peppermint’s spanking-new Josper Grill.

Infused with a smoky, woody fragrance, each slice of the Black Angus prime rib was divinely tender with a subtly sweet and piquant char siew flavour.

Other noteworthy dishes to savour include the Eight Treasure Duck with Sea Cucumber, Steamed Live Tiger Prawns with Cordyceps Blossom, Braised Abalone and Crab Rice, and HK-Style Pan-Fried Turnip Cake with Conpoy Sauce.
Visit their Signature Seafood Tower Laksa, where an array of premium sea treasures like Rock Lobster, Prawns, Short Neck Clam, Mud Crab, Seabass, and more greet you.

There’s ALWAYS space for sweets, so be sure to swing by the desserts section for a slice of Banana Sesame Tart and our favourite Strawberry Pistachio. There’s also Yam Chiffon, Mandarin Orange Mango petite pastries, and an assortment of Lunar New Year cookies to satisfy your cravings.
