No, this isn’t a scene out of a Comic-Con festival. In lieu of the launch of the epic adventure movie GODZILLA hitting theatres island-wide on 15 May, Pezzo Pizza has partnered with Warner Bros. Singapore to launch a beast of their own – the first ever GODZILLA pizza. 
Bloggers and media were invited to the Godzilla X Pezzo Pizza launch at The Star Vista.
GODZILLA Pizza ($4.90/slice). Much alike the renowned legendary creature, the GODZILLA pizza consists of ingredients of epic proportions. Filled with 30% more ingredients than usual, it includes ground beef, pepperoni, salami, beef balls, beef sausages and turkey ham, guaranteed to satiate even the largest of appetites.
Besides the GODZILLA pizza, I had the opportunity to sample some of the other pizzas that Pezzo had to offer as well.
Hola Hawaiian ($4.50/slice). Generously topped with ham and pineapple on a cheese and tomato base, the Hola Hawaiian is a classical favourite for any pizza lover – you can’t go wrong with it.
Pepperoni Party ($4.90/slice). Stringy buttery cheese that melts on your tongue, accompanied by fresh tomatoes, pepperoni slices and Italian spices. It’s really as if there’s a pepperoni party in your mouth, and you’re invited.
Hot Chick ($4.90/slice). For the adventurous – spicy shredded chicken, Pezzo special chilli sauce, red chillies, red and green peppers and roast garlic on a fragrant crust of dough. Not a huge fan of red and green peppers myself, but a huge spice aficionado, naturally I had to give it a shot.
All pizzas are hand-made freshly at the store itself.
The GODZILLA pizza will be available at all 15 Pezzo Pizza kiosks island-wide from 11 April to 31 May 2014. Besides the launch of the GODZILLA pizza, Pezzo Pizza also has an exciting promotion with sethlui.com
