A collaboration between the superfood company and Porcelain Origins Spa, Porcelain Cafe by Gratefood Co. serves up Singapore’s first mushroom and adaptogen speciality coffee. They also boast an array of açaí as well as chia & coconut yoghurt bowls.

If you think that the açaí bowls here are your regular purplish icy treat, you are wrong, my friend. Here, the açaí bowl comes in a Smoothie Art Bowl Set beautifully plated to intrigue the Van Gogh in you.

Mimicking the night sky is Starry Galaxy (S$24), the cafe’s signature açaí blend with Japanese bamboo charcoal powder mixed with coconut yoghurt and pink pitaya. Representing the planets in the galaxy are whole vegan dark chocolates and little stars of bananas for that bit of colour contrast and fruity flavour.

Beach lovers will enjoy Beach Paradise (S$24), a concoction of blueberry and blue spirulina banana ice cream that forms the ocean where fish-shaped bananas swim leisurely in. Lying on the seabed are layers of maple granola, organic raw cacao nibs and feuilletine, which not only complete the picture but also add crunch and texture to the entire bowl.

Prefer a whimsical touch to your bowl of healthy dessert? Then Porcelain Cafe by Gratefood Co.’s Unicorn Dreams (S$24) will be your pick. Made using orange acerola and pink pitaya coconut yoghurt, this sweet and refreshing treat is adorned with colourful rainbow sprinkles finished with a silver wafer unicorn horn ice cream cone that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face!
