Calling all fans of our hawker culture! Exciting developments are upon us.

The burger promises an elevated chicken rice experience by employing top ingredients to expertly make up the dish. The Chick In Rice Burger (S$19++) features a piece of perfectly tender sous vide chicken breast marinated in ginger and garlic, topped with a second piece of spiced chicken thigh confit crisp cooked in a slow-roast oven.

The sauce slathered on is a fusion of the traditional Hainanese chilli sauce and ginger jam, set upon a bed of sliced cucumber and scallions. It’s finished off with ginger-infused mayonnaise and their signature buns.

The Chick In Rice Set (S$27++) comes with a personal pot of savoury chicken broth infused with aromatics like garlic, spring onions, ginger, anise, chilli and Szechuan pepper, as well as a side of five-spiced fries drizzled with anise mayo, toasted sesame seeds and pickled chillies.

Have an eventful National Day holiday with these limited release treats! Sure to fill our tummies with the familiar goodness of chicken rice, this dish has reinvigorated my excitement for renewed inventions of our beloved hawker staples!
