Who doesn’t love nature, right? Unfortunately, a love for nature doesn’t translate to wanting to be “one with nature”. Camping and all sounds fun until the second day when you’re hunkered over your cup noodles and seeking privacy when nature calls. So, imagine our shock when we found out about this camping bar.
If you’re one who wants to be with nature without being in nature, you should visit Rimbar, Malaysia’s first camping-themed bar in Chinatown!

Get transported back to nature with this hidden forest cafe in KL
Get ready to be transported to a vibrant oasis, complete with rad tents, lush greenery, and a chill breeze that’ll have you feeling like you’re out in the wild. And check this out— there are actual plants growing from the bar top, bringing that extra touch of nature right to your glass.

Promising an adventure-meets-mixology extravaganza experience, the Rimbar’s drinks menu also encapsulates the nature vibe with their Belantara (Wilderness) section. Some drinks that caught our eye includes the Soulmate Sour (RM45), Burn it Baby (RM42) and the Jose, Jack & Japp (RM40).
If you’re more into the classics, you should try out their Campfire Old Fashioned (RM45), Assam Jawa Whiskey Sour (RM45) and their Negroni (RM42).

Rimbar also has an extensive food menu ranging from snacks to mains. Some of their snacks that caught our attention were the Sweet Corn Ribs (RM20), Chicken Karaage (RM24) and their Chicken Curry Pratha (RM28).
If you’re feeling especially hungry after drinks and dancing, try out their Shrimp BBQ Foil Packets (RM32) or their Lamb Shank (RM58). End your meal with their Burnt Cheese Cake (RM18) or their Smoke Cognac Ice Cream (RM18).

All in all, Rimbar offers the perfect solution for nature lovers who prefer to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors without sacrificing the comforts of modern life.
So, we’re guessing your weekend plans are settled with Rim Bar?
