Niche sake festival Sake Sake by Shukuu Izakaya / Mirai Hall will be back for its third edition this 27 October 2019.

Look forward to a bigger festival this time round with Shukuu Izakayaʼs new venue expansion, next to their existing izakaya bar along Stanley Street.

Indulge in an afternoon of exclusive sake sampling with more than 30 sakes predominantly from the Fukushima prefecture, paired with a variety of Japanese dishes from one of the best izakayas in Singapore.

Expect industry experts at the event such as Makoto Hoshi-San, President and Brew Master of Brewery Hanaizumi Shuzo as well as Sato-San, Trade Expert of Fukushima Sake.

Shukuu Izakaya’s four certified Sake Sommeliers will also be on hand to lead you through an intimate journey to learn more about Japan’s national drink.

For those familiar with Shukuu Izakaya’s signature sake origins, Sake Sake presents a rare opportunity for the appreciation of robust Fukushima Sakes. It’s uncommon for renowned sake labels like Roman, Tenmei, Odakaya, Hirotogawa and Gunma to be made available for tasting—all at one event.
