Over the last few months, Starbucks Singapore has not been holding back on us, blessing our tastebuds time and time again with a constant slew of new beverages. First, the limited edition Pink and Yellow drinks, followed by their recent seasonal drinks, and their latest Valentine’s Day Blueberry Mocha Frappucino.
This week, Starbucks is yet again rolling out new drinks islandwide, and I am here for it.
On 17 February 2020, they just launched two Macchiato beverages: French Hazelnut Macchiato (S$7.60 for Tall, S$8.20 for Grande, S$8.70 for Venti) and Oat Cocoa Macchiato (S$7.50 for Tall, S$8.10 for Grande, S$8.60 for Venti). The former is a concoction of dark espresso with freshly steamed milk, with a distinctive hazelnut taste. It is then topped with velvety foam and a generous serving of toasty hazelnut syrup.
The latter is a dairy-free alternative, which marries the Starbucks espresso and rich cocoa with Oatly oat milk, topped with their signature caramel crosshatch.
Both drinks are available now as hot or iced handcrafted beverages, and the French Hazelnut Macchiato can also be served in a blended version (S$8.20 for Tall, S$9.10 for Grande, S$9.90 for Venti).
For coffee-lovers who need an extra caffeine boost, Starbucks is also releasing a new drink in their Cold Brew series—the Grapefruit Mint Cold Brew (price TBC). Still using their Starbucks signature Cold Brew, this beverage features a blend of mint, tangy lemonade and ruby grapefruit honey sauce.
The Grapefruit Mint Cold Brew will be available from 19 February 2020 onwards.
