Mala originates from China’s Sichuan province. Over the years, it has gained great popularity amongst Singaporeans. The trending seasoning has found its way into potato chips, dumplings, and even bak chor mee.

The unique pairing of Subway’s fresh ingredients like lettuce, cucumbers, and red onions combined with the spicy and numbing flavours of mala, promises a brand-new experience altogether. For those who’re looking for other alternatives, this new flavour is available as a salad or wrap too!

To ensure that these new mala subs sit well with the Singaporean palate, they have undergone intensive taste tests— so rest assured, you’re in good hands.

Avid Subway cookie fans have been requesting for a less sweet version of their iconic cookies. Well, they’ve got their prayers answered with the newly-introduced Chocolate Chip Cookie Siew Dai. It has the same flavour and indulgence of the original Chocolate Chip cookie, but with lesser sugar— great for those who are watching their waistlines.
