How would you describe your ideal food destination? For me, it would be a spacious dining area surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking a breathtaking seaside view. If you’re just like me, then you’ll be excited to hear this news: Johor’s first elevated garden dining and lifestyle concept, Sunway Puteri Hills, will be opening in Aug!

The new outlet mall is located within Sunway City Iskandar Puteri, and surrounded by the Straits of Johor and the Jeffrey Cheah Circuit. This allows you to enjoy a picturesque view of the sea and a premium motorsport facility. While doing so, you can also dine at the cafes and restaurants within the elevated F&B bungalows!
Currently, Sunway Puteri Hills has secured 10 F&B tenants, each offering something unique to its customers. Among these tenants is Made on Monday, which is known for having live bands, lobster rolls and wagyu steak. Other options include the fusion eatery A’Rest Cafe, the restaurant Khunya Thai, and the artisanal bakery-restaurant Kenny Hills Bakers.
If you’re looking for a taste of tradition, you can also visit Cili Kampung, which prides itself on authentic Malay cuisine. Additionally, you can find a blend of Malaysian comfort food and Western delights at Padi House & Padi Malaya.
More businesses are expected to join the 10 food establishments, including retail and lifestyle options. This way, you’ll be able to explore shopping and dining options under the open and spacious premises of Sunway Puteri Hills.

For Singaporeans who frequent JB, you’ll also be pleased to know that Sunway Puteri Hills is just a 30+ minute drive away from Tuas Checkpoint. Perhaps you can include this destination in your bucket list of places to visit!
With Sunway Puteri Hills located so close to nature, its opening sounds like a dream come true. If you’re looking for a lepak spot, why not consider Sunway Puteri Hills?
