Innovative Middle Eastern supper club, The Ottomani, has a new dining series, The Nomad Series, which invites internationally-acclaimed chefs from across the globe to flex their creative muscles by crafting their very own Middle Eastern menus.
Starting from 21 June 2018 to early 2019, this unique dining experience will see various famous chefs creating exclusive menus, through fusing their own cooking styles with The Ottomani’s exotic Middle Eastern flair.
Who’s coming? Get excited for Chef Alejandro Saravia, famed for introducing Peruvian cuisine into Australia; as well as the likes of Chef Tim Butler, who spearheaded the award-winning Eat me! and Esenzi restaurants in Bangkok.
But first up is pastry master, Chef Jason Licker, who has earned the position of Executive Pastry Chef at restaurants such as the Westin Bund in Shanghai and the prestigious Ce La Vi restaurants.
From 21 to 23 June 2018, Chef Licker will concoct three Middle Eastern-inspired desserts to complement The Ottomani’s very own Chef Beau’s savoury dishes.
