Innovative Middle Eastern supper club, The Ottomani, has a new dining series, The Nomad Series, which invites internationally-acclaimed chefs from across the globe to flex their creative muscles by crafting their very own Middle Eastern menus.
Starting from 21 June 2018 to early 2019, this unique dining experience will see various famous chefs creating exclusive menus, through fusing their own cooking styles with The Ottomani’s exotic Middle Eastern flair.
Who’s coming? Get excited for Chef Alejandro Saravia, famed for introducing Peruvian cuisine into Australia; as well as the likes of Chef Tim Butler, who spearheaded the award-winning Eat me! and Esenzi restaurants in Bangkok.

From 21 to 23 June 2018, Chef Licker will concoct three Middle Eastern-inspired desserts to complement The Ottomani’s very own Chef Beau’s savoury dishes.
And this is only the beginning! More than six chefs are already slated to share their exciting and unprecedented Middle Eastern menus, with many more certain to come. Believe me, seats are being snapped up as I type so book yours now before you miss this once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.
