If you have a penchant for dim sum, don’t overlook Way Modern Chinois at 1 Utama. Here, you can indulge in an unlimited dim sum spree for just RM49.90++. It’s the perfect place for a feast with loved ones!
Way Modern Chinois is restaurant specialising in contemporary Chinese and Asian cuisine. They have launched a bottomless dim sum offering available daily from 11am to 3.30pm. It will only cost RM29.90++ for children below the age of 12.
The buffet offers a wide range of dishes, spanning from steamed and fried dim sum to cheong fun, congee, and noodle dishes. However, all patrons are only allowed 2 hours of dining time.
You can also indulge in signature à la carte items if you’re looking for something more premium. Choices include Molecular Skinless XLB (RM4), Golden Rose Wonton (RM20), Wagyu Char Siew Cheong Fun (RM28), amongst others.
Some must-try items in the buffet include Coriander Char Siew Bao and Shanghai Soup Dumpling. Unlike the usual char siew bun, this version features chicken char siew stuffed in a coriander bun, adding a unique twist to the dish.
Be sure to try out the chef’s recommendations like X.O Prawn Dumpling, a red skinned steamed prawn and dried cuttlefish siew mai, Mini Baked Egg Tartlet in Hong Kong style, and Egg Fried Rice.
Do be mindful to only take what you can finish to avoid wastage. It’s all about trying a bit of everything and coming back for seconds if you’re still hungry!
