Its location is not all that it has going for, though, because fresh bakes take centre stage here. Expect a selection of in-house sourdough in this neighbourhood bakery. For first dibs on their baked goodies, word on the street is to go down at 9 am and snatch up their fresh loaves.
If bread isn’t your thang, fret not because Yeast Side has got you covered with other menu options. Have a go at their Apple Crumble Bostock for a sweet treat to pair with your hot cup of coffee. Savoury options like the Mushroom Ham & Cheese Brioche and the Squash Mushroom Feta Quiche are also featured here, so you’ll definitely find one that whets your appetite.
Here comes the kicker: Yeast Side isn’t your traditional bakery, because they feature a wide array of craft beers on tap. Doubling down with a bar counter, this eatery will make an excellent choice for you to get your drinks on. Look forward to a selection of beers ranging from lagers, ales and India Pale Ales (IPAs). Featuring elegant and minimalistic furnishings, this 2-storey space makes for a great addition to your list of chill hangout spots. I know I am eager to check out Yeast Side, especially given that it’s only a stone’s throw away from the King Albert Park MRT station.
