Brainchild of ex-banker, Mr Wilbert Tedja, rrooll promises to deliver with both its sweet and savoury fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with the best combination of flavour, texture and aroma all in one bite.

Located at Jewel Changi Airport, rrooll‘s cinnamon rolls can be described as an ‘edible hug’, bringing forth warm and comforting sentiments with its delectable fillings and sweet fluffy dough.

For a start, opt for the Classic Cinnamon ($3.40), a safe option made with molasses sugar, Grade A cinnamon sourced from Indonesia, and topped with premium cream cheese frosting.

As a nut lover myself, I was intrigued by rrooll’s Hazelnut Rocher ($3.40), a delightful bite which filling combines the goodness of ground hazelnut and chopped peanuts, complete with a subtle tinge of cocoa.

Prefer something fruity and light? Then give the Cinnamon Apple ($3.40) a try. Perfect for Singapore’s humid weather, this zesty cinnamon roll offers the taste of sweet apples, alongside the warmth of cinnamon hovering in the background—just like a homely apple pie that grandma makes in her kitchen.

Sweet cinnamon rolls are often a common sight but a savoury one is definitely one of a kind. Like me, if the wanderlust in you is itching for a taste of travel, why not take your tastebuds on a gastronomic adventure with their unique savoury options?

Whilst Japanese Curry ($3.90) is topped with delicious breadcrumbs and honey chicken ham for a winning combination, Hawaiian ($3.90) packs a punch with its tangy tomato sauce amidst hints of roasted garlic and herb. Not only that, it is also filled with the pineapple chunks and ham—a winning combination that is sure to tickle the fancy of both the young and old.

Tempted already? Then head to Jewel Changi Airport to check out the kiosk for yourself right now!
