Hailing all the way from Spain, Smöoy prides itself as a bespoke yoghurt company with more than 95 years of experience crafting artisanal desserts.
This year, the gluten-free yoghurt brand is celebrating National Day with two new uniquely Singaporean desserts as part of their Singaporean Festive Specials series that will be available from 30 July 2018 until 31 August 2018.
The first of the two will be the Burbur Chacha Twister ($5.90), which pays homage to Singapore’s quintessential dessert. It starts with a refreshing burst of coconut yoghurt, then topped with chewy tapioca flour cubes and gula melaka syrup before being finished off with generous coconut shavings.
No other dessert could possibly scream patriotism louder than the Majulah Singapura ($5.90), which is a white chocolate and strawberry-based yoghurt treat that even dons the lion city’s national colours. Truly an Instagrammable indulgence that speaks for itself.
