They’ll be the only German establishment in Singapore serving a traditional Sion Kölsch Beer (S$7++/0.2L  shots and S$29++/ 5 x 0.2L ). As part of Cologne beer drinking traditions, these beers are served in sets of short 200ml glasses.

With slightly herbal bitterness notes, the Sion Kölsch ended off with refreshing hints of citrus and freshly cut grass. In addition, the dry finish makes this a thirst-quenching drink.

Brotzeit 10th Anniversary

On top of that, they will be serving up Mini Kaiser Rolls (S$6++/1 roll, S$15++/ Trio). You can mix-and-match with three flavours: Meat Loaf, Chicken Schnitzel and Pork Pattie. There’s nothing better than some hearty German fare and a mug of beer in hand.

If you’re looking for a celebration like no other, then head on down to any Brozeit in Singapore for traditional German fare. Prōst!
