Exchange Your Plastic Bottles For Food Vouchers At WWF Singapore’s Pay-With-Plastic Event At Tiong Bahru Market On 15 Sept

World Wildlife Foundation Singapore, also known as WWF Singapore, is hosting a Pay-With-Plastic Event on 15 September 2019 from 8am – 6pm at the famous Tiong Bahru Market. This event is another initiative by WWF Singapore to encourage Singaporeans to be more environmentally conscious.

So, how does this event work?

Step One: Collect used plastic bottles from your home. Remember to rinse them before bringing them along!

Step Two: Exchange each bottle for a S$0.50 food voucher at the WWF booth at Tiong Bahru Market.

Step Three: Dig into a scrumptious meal at a discount! Yummy!

Apart from the food voucher, here is an additional perk to make things more exciting.

If you bring your own reusable container to store your food, you can enjoy an additional S$1.00 food voucher.

Here are some things to take note:

1. Each customer is entitled up to S$5 worth of food vouchers, but while stocks last.
2. Worried that you won’t receive a voucher? Fret not, there are1000 S$0.50 vouchers available every hour.
3. Bottles that are meant for recycling has to be clean and dry.
4. All food stalls are partaking in the event! Remember, the event only runs from 8am – 6pm.
