The Burger Coy, a new Muslim-owned burger joint, has officially opened at Amoy Food Street Centre on 1 June 2022. Located in the heart of the CBD, they may just have the juiciest burgers in town.
They have four signature buns, all served with a side of fries.
The Truffle Mushroom Burger (S$8.50 for single, S$11 for double) comes with a handmade beef patty wrapped in cheddar cheese, topped with grilled buttered truffle mushrooms. These are all plated on fresh lettuce, smothered with The Burger Coy’s homemade garlic truffle mayonnaise sauce, and served in a lightly toasted brioche bun.
The Peri-Peri Chicken Burger (S$7.50 for single, S$10 for double) has a peri-peri marinated chicken thigh, which is topped with fresh lettuce, cheddar cheese, and peri-peri mayonnaise sauce. It is then encompassed in a lightly toasted brioche bun.
The Black Pepper Burger (S$7 for single, S$9.50 for double) consists of handmade beef patty coated in The Burger Coy’s homemade black pepper sauce, which gives a spicy kick to the burger. It is topped with fresh lettuce and sliced onions, which gives an added crunch to the bite. It is served in a lightly toasted brioche bun.
The Cheese Burger (S$6.50 for single, S$9 for double) is The Burger Coy’s take on the classic cheeseburger, featuring a handmade beef patty wrapped in cheddar cheese and plated on fresh lettuce. It is covered in The Burger Coy’s homemade sriracha sauce and garlic flakes, and is served in a brioche bun.
While all burgers come with a side of fries, one can upgrade their classic French Fries to Cheese Fries (additional S$2.50) and Truffle Fries (additional S$3.50). The three fries are also sold a la carte: French Fries (S$3.50), Cheese Fries (S$4.50), Truffle Fries (S$5.50).
