Tiong Bahru Bakery has opened yet another outlet just mere weeks after launching at Siglap. This latest outlet at Waterway Point opened on 8 Sep 2022 and is the bakery’s eleventh outlet.
Where the Tiong Bahru Bakery outlet at Siglap flirted with the idea of having actual meals, with items such as savoury croissant sandwiches, this new outlet offers all-day dining with a cafe-like menu.

Patrons who go to Tiong Bahru Bakery in the morning for the freshest croissant can now indulge in a complete breakfast with the Breakfast Croffle (S$22++). It’s the bakery’s take on the classic breakfast of bacon and eggs with the addition of croissant waffles, also known as croffles.

Vegetarians aren’t left out with the Quinoa Color Bowl (S$18++). It consists of quinoa, diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion, pomegranate, feta, and toasted almonds and is finished with green oil lime vinaigrette.
The croffles reappear in Pull My Pork Croffle (S$22++). This Mexican-inspired dish has Mexican pulled pork, pickled jalapeno, avocado, sour cream and coriander, and is sure to tickle your taste buds!
Burger lovers should try the Cluckin’ Amazin’ Burger (S$22++). It is a fried chicken burger topped with manchego cheese, sauced with gochujang aioli and finished with red onion and cucumber pickles.

Diners looking for something more local can opt for the Soldier Stack (S$12++). It is Tiong Bahru Bakery’s take on the classic Singaporean breakfast comprising soft-boiled eggs and toast, as it features sliced sourdough fingers, sous vide eggs and soy sauce on the side.
End of the meal with a Dessert Croffle (S$14++). This simple yet delectable last course consists of (you guessed it right!) croffles, vanilla ice cream and drizzles of chocolate sauce.
Do note that while Tiong Bahru Bakery’s Waterway Point outlet is open from 7.30am to 9pm daily, its hot menu items will only be available from 10am onwards.
