Are you tired of the same vanilla and chocolate ice cream flavours? Need something to spice up your frozen dairy experience? You’re in for a treat, as the Museum of Ice Cream has just released a limited edition Sambal Chilli Ice Cream flavour, which will be available from now till 15 Feb 2023.

This limited edition flavour is created through an exclusive collaboration between Museum of Ice Cream with Batu Lesung Spice Company and Open Farm Community. This is just one of the many ways that Museum Of Ice Cream shows its support for local brands and businesses.

Batu Lesung Spice Company is known for their sambal which is still made using the traditional way with finely crushed red chilli peppers, followed by a fermentation and sun-dried process to fully deliver authentic flavours.

The Sambal Chilli Ice Cream uses Batu Lesung Spice Company’s Roasted Belachan Sambal which contains ingredients such as Chillies, Belachan, Galangal and Lemongrass. It also contains no MSG or preservatives. You can even get a bottle for S$12 at Open Farm Community throughout the period.

Joining the fiery flavour is the refreshing Mandarin Orange Sorbet. This frozen confectionery is another collaborative effort by Museum of Ice Cream, this time with Ice Cream Cookie & Co. It is made from pure mandarin orange puree with a touch of sugar and is vegan-friendly.

You can enjoy both these flavours (free-flow by the way) and many other ice cream flavours by purchasing a ticket starting at S$40 here.

This will probably be the first time you’ll sweat eating ice cream!
