Meet Ayam Oren, a vibrant twist on the popular Chinese classic. Inspired by the prosperity and good fortune associated with oranges during CNY, each tender piece of chicken is glazed in a zesty orange-and-ginger sauce, then topped with toasted sesame seeds for a satisfying crunch. Every bite delivers a perfect balance of tanginess and a gentle kick of heat.
This festive menu is available à la carte or as part of their signature sets. The ONG-ly Me set features Ayam Oren, Pak Choy with Oyster Sauce, rice, and soup of the day — perfect for solo indulgence.
For couples, the ONG You & Me set offers Ayam Oren, your choice of single-serve chicken, Nyonya Pai Tee, Sai To Fish Ball Soup, Pak Choy with Oyster Sauce or Spicy Savory Ladies’ Fingers, plus rice and soup for two. Larger groups can opt for the ONG Like Us set, with the addition of Penang Rojak and Chicken Roll.
