The closure is said to have commenced on 29 or 30 Apr. As of 2 May, the entire eatery has been cordoned off with most of the shutters down, while deconstruction and clearing-out works are underway.

Its regulars had gotten wind of the news after they noticed a sign at Prime Court’s caifan stall, Seoul Food Gourmet Mixed Cooked Foods. The paper taped at the front read in Chinese, “Dear customers, our last days are 29 and 30 [Apr]; the stall has moved to 19 Lorong 7 Toa Payoh.”
