Available exclusively for dinner from 8 May to 28 June 2026, this buffet proudly shows off the impressive versatility of Japanese A5 and Australian wagyu presented across a variety of international cuisine and cooking techniques. So, if you think it’s just about wagyu carvings at the live station, think again — you haven’t seen anything yet.

Now let’s take a moment to appreciate the culinary brilliance of Executive Chef Alvin Leong and his team, as I introduce the brand-new creations that highlight the opulent beef in unorthodox ways for 2026.

What to eat at Art of Waygu buffet

Why not start your feast with a bang with the Lobster and Wagyu Bone Marrow Parmesan Wheel Risotto, where rich, luscious marrow and succulent lobster pieces are infused into perfectly al dente Italian Arborio rice. The risotto is then finished off in a parmesan wheel for extra umami goodness. Take your time and enjoy each indulgent spoonful that’s infused with copious amounts of butter and freshly-chopped parsley.

Next, enjoy the Wagyu Makhani Pizza where tender pieces of marbled wagyu are enveloped in makhani sauce and mozzarella cheese on a crisp, oven-baked crust. For the uninitiated, it’s the same silky, delicious gravy used in Indian butter chicken.

Step onto the streets of Vietnam as you slurp on a piping-hot bowl of Wagyu Pho. Flat rice noodles with scrumptious slices of wagyu beef, bean sprouts and fresh herbs are bathed in a light but flavourful broth.

If you swing by on weekends, the buffet experience gets taken up a notch. Head over to the meats section and the chef will carve up a slice (or two) of Slow-roasted Herb-crusted Wagyu Rib Eye.

Relish in a comforting bowl of Wagyu Ramen which comes with noodles crowned with wagyu beef slices. Naruto fish cakes, an Ajitama egg, kelp, and sliced spring onions are drenched in a savoury pork bone broth.

art of wagyu - comebacks

Die-hard fans of 2025’s wagyu buffet will be excited over the return of these popular highlights. The droolworthy Japanese A5 Wagyu Cube Skewers are paired with juicy, earthy king oyster mushrooms, then grilled over charcoal before sweet sliced onions are added for a smoky piquant bite.

One of my favourites is the Korean-style Wagyu Tartare that’s spicy with a tinge of sesame oil. The raw beef tartare is paired with nutty sesame seeds and pine nuts. Be warned — one is not enough!

art of wagyu - wagyu sliders + curry

Those who love burgers can check out the Wagyu Sliders — mini brioche buns stuffed with yummy wagyu beef patties, American cheese and creamy mayo. Then there’s the Thai Massaman Wagyu Beef Cheek Curry, which is dressed with melt-in-your-mouth beef cheek cubes, potatoes, and crowned with peanuts.

The glorious seafood on ice doesn’t pale in comparison. Feast on fresh Boston Lobster, opulent Snow Crab, and other fresh sea treasures like half-shell scallops, black mussels, prawns, just to name a few.
