Any steak aficionado would be familiar with the brand of Bedrock. While it’s been an institution of beefy excellence for years, they’ve only ever kept their sole outlet at Pan Pacific Hotel.
Now, they’ve announced Bedrock Origin, their second outlet nestled in Sentosa, Singapore. Found on the first floor of the new Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel, Bedrock Origin is dressed up in a scenic and more laid back atmosphere befitting of Singapore’s favourite sunny retreat.
If you’re one for the pristine marbling of Japanese beef, their apple woodfire grill means you can expect the delicate profiles of premium cuts such as the rarer Tankaku Wagyu Striploin (S$158/300g) and opulent Kobe Wagyu Striploin (S$288/150g).
Of course, the ever-popular Australian Grassfed cuts also make an appearance here at Bedrock Origin, with 300g of Ribeye setting you back S$79 and 400g of Sirloin costing S$89. Bedrock classics such as the Bedrock Pepper Steak is also available at S$108 for hedonistic wagyu indulgence.
With its home in Sentosa, you can also expect a stronger range of fresh ocean catch, with some such as the Baked Barramundi Fillet included in their 3 Course Set Lunches which start from a reasonable S$38.
