Having opened in Jun 2023, Bibim focuses on providing affordable yet healthy Korean dishes to the masses. This definitely gets points in my books, considering how costly the cuisine usually is. Where else can you get bibimbap at S$6.80?
This Korean eatery was founded on the belief that all customers should have options for healthy, quality food. The Korean classic bibimbap comes to mind immediately. Packed full of assorted vegetables over a layer of carbs, it makes for a healthy meal that is perfect for fitness fanatics and the health conscious.

With a total of 5 bibimbaps to choose from, the most eye-catching has to be their colourful Rainbow Bibimbap (S$6.80). Presented as a gorgeous array of coloured ingredients like kimchi and corn over fresh brown rice, this bibimbap is a feast for both your eyes and taste buds.
For those who prefer some protein, there are bibimbap options like Unagi Bibimbap (S$17.80) and Slow Cooked Chicken Breast Bibimbap (S$8.80) perfect for you. Definitely made for a more filling meal, in my opinion.
There’s even Customizable Bibimbap for the picky eaters, with its multitude of different options for carbs, proteins and sides. With a whopping list of 18 different sides like Japanese seaweed salad and roasted pumpkin, all the possibilities are truly up to your imagination.
Recently, the store also launched a new dinner menu featuring favourites like Korean Braised Pig Feet (S$16.80) and Korean Cheese Army Stew (S$48.80). Perfect for sharing with a group of friends, the dinner menu is available from 6pm to 10pm.
