New in town: Bros Gourmet — Wallet-friendly Western food and gourmet burgers by chef of 23 years

One thing we can never get enough of is restaurant-quality food at a fraction of the price. Bros Gourmet is exactly that, having recently opened on 26 Dec 2022 at 462 Crawford Lane. It promises to deliver a wallet-friendly Western meal without sacrificing standards.

Bros Gourmet was started by a pair of very close friends. One of them has over 23 years of experience in cooking Western food, having started as an apprentice at the young age of 16.

One of their highlights is their handcrafted charcoal-grilled burgers. You can even view the process of preparing the gourmet burgers here!

The burger comes in choices such as Handcrafted Beef Gourmet Burger with Fries (S$9 for single, S$13 for double)Handcrafted Pork Gourmet Burger with Fries (S$8 for single, S$12 for double) and Handbreaded Fish Gourmet Burger with Fries (S$7 for single, S$10 for double).

Unlike typical hawker Western stalls, most of the mains at Bros Gourmet are cooked over a grill, giving them authentic grill lines. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to their main menu with options like Air Flown Ribeye Steak 200g (Garlic/Black Pepper) (S$16.50)Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chop (Garlic/Black Pepper) (S$14.50) and Pan-Seared Salmon 180g (Butter Herb) (S$14).

All mains also comes with sides such as Mashed PotatoGreens, Bread, Fries and Coleslaw. You can even have Unlimited Butter Rice at S$1!

Light-eaters can opt for Mixed Seafood Pasta (Aglio Olio/Marinara/Carbonara) (S$8.50)Bacon and Mushroom Pasta (Aglio Olio/Marinara/Carbonara) (S$7) and Classic Caesar Salad at S$7.50. For a more protein packed salad, you can add Chicken (S$2.50) or Salmon (S$4.50).

You don’t have to break the bank to enjoy this quality Western food!
