This new limited-edition burger is an exciting collaboration between Chef-Owner Dave Pynt from Burnt Ends and Head Chef Eddie Goh of MeatSmith Telok Ayer.
Regulars at Burnt Ends would know of the crowd-favourite Beef Marmalade And Pickles, a sweet and savoury starter that was the inspiration for this collaboration.
Expect the same concoction of flavours — sweet, tender and juicy meat balanced out by a pleasant tang of pickles packed into a single burger.
The new burger features a beef and brisket patty stacked upon a beef marmalade patty both topped with American cheddar cheese, house pickles and their special burger sauce.
A truly inviting burger just by the looks of it, if you ask me. Available for one week only, we sure hope it’s one of those burgers worth the sloppy mess!
