What better way to start the beach day than with breakfast? From 9am to 3pm daily, Coastes has 4 new breakfast items available — Avocado & Poached Eggs Muffins with Goat Cheese (S$18)Spam Benedict (S$18)Ham & Cheese Croissant (S$18) and Spinach & Feta Filo (S$18).

The most intriguing has to be their Spam Benedict, Coastes’s playful twist on the breakfast classic. Featuring crispy spam slices, the benedict holds a wonderful acidity thanks to the roasted pineapple salsa and delicious burnt butter orange sauce.

New burgers, pastas and risottos come into play as well. Meat fanatics will adore the Beef Cheek Ragu Risotto (S$28) with slow-cooked beef cheek ragu, or the BBQ Pulled Pork Burger (S$24) for some of that juicy pulled pork with jalapeno slaw. Keeping with the seafood trend, there’s Creamy Prawn Fettuccine (S$28) up for grabs, too.

Those on vegetarian diets, do not fear! Coastes has got you covered with a good selection of breakfast, sharing plates and mains. Grilled Vegetable Antipasti (S$22) suits lighter palettes, containing perfectly caramelized zucchini and eggplant topped with crostini and goat cheese.

Personally, that Spinach & Feta Filo sounds just divine for breakfast. Flaky pastry combines with creamy feta and spinach for a delicious yet healthy treat that’s perfect to start the day.

I’m sure many of you are ecstatic that their glorious bottomless wine deal has returned! For S$65, you can enjoy a free flow of wine to your heart’s content. Available every weekend from 12pm to 3pm, there’s enough bottomless bubbly to go around. Truly a bang for your buck option.

Coastes must be your next go-to spot for a hearty brunch along with a glass (and possibly more) of wine. Bring some shades and sunblock for an immersive beachside experience!
