Ever since Hard Rock Cafe at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) closed, we’ve been waiting to see what would replace the famous eatery. Well, the answer is a whole truckload of food, literally! New gourmet food truck landmark Gourmet Park is filled with delights from award-winning chefs and trending hot favourites.
After all, why have one cuisine when you can have several? Gourmet Park has Singaporean, American, Indian, Mexican, Middle-Eastern, Sri Lankan and even Spanish.

There’s a total of 16 different food trucks that will be there. With one of the most anticipated being Kotuwa helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Rishi Naleendra. Showcasing an array of Sri Lanka’s most popular street food from their capital Colombo, this truck is where folks will go for food with a lil’ heat.
Speaking of heat, what better way to get some spice than Dickson Nasi Lemak? Famous for their slightly sweet sambal and fragrant coconut rice, their nasi lemak sets are sure to satisfy.

Multi-award-winning Blue Lotus will also be present, serving Chinese cuisine with a modern flair. Like, have you heard of Chicken Rice Paella before? With their specially compacted Signature Chilli Pomelo Crab Meat Rice Bowl (S$19), this is a must-try.
Indian comfort food will be present, too, thanks to The Kathi Roll Co. Helmed by Chef Vikramjit Roy, this Indian restaurant from New York has a prestigious reputation for wraps and rolls packed like flavour bombs. Butter Chicken Roll (S$18.30) and Spinach & Paneer Roll (S$18.30) are examples from this exciting menu.

Spanish fare comes to play at QUEIC & Olivia Market food truck, selling tapas specially R&D-ed by prestigious Chef Alain Devahive of Barcelona eatery Olivia Restaurant and Lounge. With his expertise, this truck’s tapas Bikini Barcelona (S$15.20) will be mind-blowing.

Stoked for seafood? Luke’s Lobster is bringing their famed Signature Lobster Roll Trio (S$27.60) that have been voted as New York’s best lobster rolls. Other classic seafood items like Beer Battered Haddock Fish & Chips (S$20.30) and fresher-than-ever seafood platters will be dished out by Seafood Bar by Bleu.
Vegetarian folks will not be left out, not on Gourmet Park’s watch! Serving up plant-based burgers that are said to be a must-try for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, The Goodburger is determined to change any misconceptions about the diet.

Of course, sweets are mandatory in a food haven like Gourmet Park! Insta-famous Spank My Dough! will have a physical store (finally!) with their perfected artisanal Bombolonis with delectable fillings. Top favourites like their Creme Brulee (S$6.50) and Blueberry, Lavender and Lemon (S$7.50) are to be expected.
With how warm Singapore is, how can there not be drinks? Californian fave JAMBA, will supply the park all-natural juices with no added flavouring or sugars. With the brand being so long-awaited, I’m sure that folks may be in the park just for their beverages like Mango-a-go-go (S$7.90).
These are just some of the exciting goodies that will be in Gourmet Park, so be sure to head down to see what the hype is all about! RWS is sure to be a lot more crowded with this park opening, if that’s even possible.
