The KL Sunset Flight, beginning at 6.30pm, paints a golden hour masterpiece as diners watch the sun dip behind KL’s skyline. From check-in at 5.30pm to touch down an hour later, the journey unfolds with a gentle ascent into open air and the clink of cutlery under amber skies.

For night lovers, the KL City Lights Flight at 8pm is a glittering contrast. As the city glows in electric hues, guests dine amidst stars and skyscrapers. Both sessions include a 3-course dinner and free-flow drinks, served mid-air.

The culinary narrative is penned by Ceylon House, a proud member of the award-winning Cinnamon Group. The menu begins with a Pumpkin Cappuccino — a silken pumpkin soup, poached Sabah prawns, and crispy sage — with a vegetarian version that’s just as delicious.

The main courses are the stars of the show. Such options include Braised Wagyu Ribs that melt effortlessly and nestled beside buttery Agria mash, and Butter Poached Barramundi that balances oceanic delicacy with earthy lentil stew and aged Parmesan-herb crust.

And for vegetarians, the Truffle-Mushroom Risotto brings warmth and depth, topped with a crisp egg and a whisper of truffle. Dessert is pure poetry in your mouth — a Valrhona Chocolate Pudding with a molten heart and a side of vanilla bean ice cream.

So if you’ve ever dreamed of dinner among the clouds, now’s your chance to chase it by making a reservation here. Dinner in the Sky Malaysia offers the perfect evenings to be remembered — with a toast above the city and a view that feels infinite.
