Have you ever got in trouble for swiping some cookie batter before it’s in the oven? Well, now you can do it without feeling guilty! Dohkie at Havelock II is now selling edible cookie dough, inspired by the latest dessert trend in the US.

If you’re worried about the health risks of eating raw cookie dough, don’t worry. Dohkie’s cookie dough does not include any eggs and the flour is toasted beforehand.

Dohkie currently serves six different doh flavours that comes as Single Scoop (S$4.00), Double Scoop (S$7.00), and Triple Scoop (S$9.00) with Soft-Serve Ice-Cream (S$2.50). Customers also have the choice of drinking the doh as a Milkshake (S$7.00/S$9.00).

I tried two of their most popular flavours, Original Chocolate Chip and Brownie Batter. The cookie batter was thick and creamy, but the sweetness assaulted my senses. I could also feel the slight crunch from the coarse sugar, like in an actual cookie batter.

Unless you happen to get some chocolate chips in the scoop, the Original Chocolate Chip tasted like vanilla sugar.

However, the Brownie Batter was my favourite as I am a chocolate lover. With every mouth, there was a strong aroma of chocolate as if I was eating an actual brownie. Even though I enjoyed the sugary treat, it got too sweet after a few mouthfuls.

The best part about Dohkie is that the dohs do not melt, so you can bring a tub of Doh (S$10.00) home to enjoy.

Indulge in your guilty pleasure at Dohkie and enjoy this sweet treat with your family and friends.

Prices: S$2.50 – S$10.00 per pax
