DON DON DONKI Opens Its First Store With 360-Seater Food Court In The West At JCube On 29 Nov

Have you seen DON DON DONKI’s mascot, Donpen, around? DON DON DONKI has recently teased us with an image of Donpen at a mystery location. 

The caption hinted that DON DON DONKI would be opening an outlet in the West. Since it looks a lot like JCube’s Ice Rink in the background, many (correctly) guessed that the next location for DON DON DONKI will be at JCube in Jurong East. 

Soon after, DON DON DONKI confirmed our queries: they are indeed opening their next outlet at JCube, on 29 November 2019 at 10 am. Specifically, the store will be located at #B1-12/18/19 JCube.

From the unit number, it seems like this DON DON DONKI will be relatively huge, just like its other outlets. DON DON DONKI is known for its enormous store size that holds a diverse range of Japanese goods sold at affordable prices. 

Some insight into the new outlet is that it will feature a 360-seater food court with eight stalls, and four of which are new to Singapore. These new brands are Hotto Motto, Gindaco, Arizuki Express and Tsukiji Unagi Daioh.

To celebrate the opening, DON DON DONKI JCube will be hosting a series of promotions and giveaways. Keep a lookout for their penguin mascot Donpen, throughout the weekend from 29 November – 1 December 2019.

I’m personally a fan of DON DON DONKI’s Warabi Mochi but it’s been a hassle buying them because I stay in the West. Since they will be opening their new store in the West, I’ll definitely be visiting DON DON DONKI more often.
