Yet another reason why the East side is the best side, huh? Popular Taiwanese chain Fong Sheng Hao will be adding a fourth outlet to their ranks at Jewel Changi Airport.

With the imminence of reopening borders, you can now grab a quick bite before you jet off for a long awaited vacation. Fong Sheng Hao is well-loved for their affordable charcoal-grilled toast, which comes with both sweet and savoury fillings, depending on what you’re in the mood for.

Their Peanut Butter or Nutty Chocolate Special (S$5.10+) will be perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings with something more substantial than candy.

Grilled over charcoal, these thick toasts boast of mouthwatering aromas, crispy textures on the outside, and decadent softness in the middle. Step up your breakfast game with these affordable gems!

Their popular items include the Pork Egg and Cheese Sandwich (S$6.60), where a savoury pork loin cutlet is nestled between layers of omelette and melted cheese. Opt for the spicy version for that extra kick while you’re at it!

Speaking of spicy, Fong Sheng Hao also has a Spicy Chicken Cutlet and Cheese (S$7.20) which isn’t to be missed either!

Simplicity is key, and if that’s what you’re looking for early in the morning, then why not go for their Condense Milk (S$4.10)? Nothing like a warm slice of toast drizzled with sweet condensed milk to start your day on a perfect note.

Fong Sheng Hao also offers a variety of typical Taiwanese dishes such as Sesame Oil/Hua Tiao Chicken Noodle (S$7.90) or Taiwan Braised Pork Rice (S$7.90) for the authentic taste of Taiwan we’ve all been missing for a while.

The operating hours and opening date of Fong Sheng Hao at Jewel Changi Airport haven’t been revealed just yet, but keep your eyes peeled, because it could be any day now!
