If you drink coffee like your life depended on it, then you would know about Huggs Coffee. One of the cult favourites of the caffeinated world, Huggs Coffee is back with Huggs Collective at Thomson Plaza.

One of the newest outlets spanning over 1786 square feet marks Huggs’ 20th and largest outlet to date. That’s not all; given the space, Huggs Collective also houses social spaces such as a dedicated members lounge and a mini amphitheatre. I know; it sounds like a bona fide dream.

Wait, it gets better. Huggs Collective will also offer key partnerships with Denzy Gelato, Mr Bucket Chocolaterie, Commune, Samsung, and many more. One of the more exciting collaborations to look out for is with Denzy Gelato. Here, you expect an indulgent Huggs x Denxy Affogato (S$7.90) gelato with a scoop of Pistachio Gelato and a shot of Huggs’ classic house-blend espresso. If you know anything about Denzy’s, you know it’s all about gelato, and there are two exclusive flavours to Huggs Collective, the Yuan Yang (S$5 Single Scoop, S$8.80 Double Scoop) and the Sumatra Kopi (S$5 Single Scoop, S$8.80 Double Scoop).

Perhaps, one of the best parts of Huggs Collective is their collaboration with Mr Bucket Chocolate Tap. Yes, it’s hot chocolate on tap; this is definitely not a drill. There will be two hot chocolate taps with single origins (64% Panchor & 72% Calinan) – perfect for all chocolate fanatics, and they are S$6 for an 8oz portion. Adding to that, Mr Bucket will be releasing an all-new range of chocolate bites to be launched exclusively at Huggs Collective.

With flavours such as Dried Fruit & Almonds (72% Sungai Ruan Dark Chocolate), Superfood & Cacao Nibs (72% Sungai Ruan Dark Chocolate), and Marshmallow & Rice Puffs (45% Sungai Ruan Milk Chocolate), to name a few. At S$11.80, you’ll want to get the full range.

Of course, the coffee joint will still serve its signature range from local kopi to speciality coffee, as well as scrumptious pastries and light bites. Plus, I’ve barely scratched the surface of what Huggs Collective has to offer, so head down to the beautiful space and explore it for yourself.
