Introducing the Ramen Revolution—five brands will be showcasing their unique ramen, of which four are in Singapore for the first time, and one exclusive to Takashimaya.

Japan’s most popular ramen chain, Ichiran Ramen, arrives at Singapore’s shores for the very first time! Indulge in the famous ramen at one out of eight focus booths available for you—providing you with an authentic Ichiran experience like never seen before in Singapore.

Limited to only 700 servings a day, you will not want to miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! You can take away your share of Ichiran Ramen in the form of instant packet available at S$35 per box, with a serving of three in each box. Do note that there are only 200 kits available daily!

Apart from Ichiran, curb your ramen cravings with either 175º DENO Soupless Tantanmen Dry Noodle (S$15), Society of Ramen Asahikawa’s Matsuri Special Ramen (S$21), Teppei Okinawa’s Soki Soba (S$8) or Yoshiyama Shouten’s Spicy Miso (S$14).

Alongside the ramen dishes, the festival also boasts a sushi section. Three brands of sushi will debut, with a different chef every week. The sushi bar is omakase-style (S$88 for Regular, S$128 for Special, S$188 for Premium). Relish in the sushi with the plethora of sake, shochu or whisky.

Alternatively, you may get the tasting set of three types of Sake (S$15) or Shochu (from S$10) or Whisky (from S$10).

Finish off your meal with a sweet dessert! Dig into a Matcha Cheese Tart (S$3.90) or Zaku Zaku Soft Serve (S$6) from Bake X Zaku Zaku special collaboration. Another option would be Kanazawa Sanada’s Pure Gold Yuzu Sweet Bean Soup (S$5.80) or even the Parfaiteria Pal’s Hokkaido Hand Parfait (S$18), which has got to be my favourite dessert ever!
