1. Raffles Florist (#B1-06)

Raffles Florist is a florist in Singapore that provides a variety of floral arrangements and bouquets, including bridal bouquets, hand bouquets and arrangements for various events.
Items include the Preserved Flower (S$78), Mini Preserved Bouquet (S$28), Tiny Graduation Bear (S$12.90), Paper Roses (S$3), Card (S$7.90) and Candle (S$3).
As listed on their website, other products sold include the Single Kingdom Rose (S$88), Lovely Lilies (S$188), HB-01 Sunflower (S$168) and Rustic Red Bouquet (S$178).

2. Yankee Candle (#01-18)

Yankee Candle is a local brand of premium scented candles and home fragrance products. They are known for their varied fragrances, long-lasting burn times and quality ingredients.
Items sold include the Candle Warmers 2-in-1 Fragrance Warmers (S$32). You can melt jar candles on the base or use the dish included to melt wax. The Sweet Plum Sake (S$10) emits a sweet plum fragrance with an enticing pairing of raspberry and rice wine notes. You can also buy the Scroll Candle Warmer Lantern (S$80), an electric lamp that uses a warming bulb to melt the top of a candle, releasing its aroma without a flame.
Customers can also buy the Yankee Candle 120ml Reed Diffuser (1 for S$45, 3 for S$33 each & 6 for S$30 each). It is a glass bottle filled with scented oil, into which porous reed sticks are inserted. The reeds absorb the oil and release the fragrance into the air through evaporation, creating a subtle, continuous scent, making it a classy decoration.

3. Dr. Bags (#01-48)

Dr. Bags is a premium artisanal leather and bag restoration brand. Established in 2014, the shop specialises in the care, maintenance and repair of luxury bags, shoes and wallets.
Some of the bags they have are the Tressage Edition Lindy 30 Bleu Brighton S (S$8,300, Very Good Condition) and Saint Laurent Emmanuelle Bucket Bag (S$675, Good Condition).
Bag restoration services include the ColourPro Restoration (S$80 – S$650, 6 to 8 Weeks), Deep Cleanse Regime (S$60 – S$200, 10 to 14 Days), HP Protective Coating (S$150 – S$180, 7 to 10 Days), Repair (Minor from S$60, 2 to 3 Weeks, Major from S$200, 10 – 12 Weeks) and the Re-Waxing (from S$80, 2 to 3 Weeks).
When I visited, they had a School Holidays Shoes Revival Promotion where they offered Deep Cleanse at S$58 for 1 pair of shoes, S$98 for 2 pairs and S$138 for 3 pairs.

4. Eyewear House (#01-15)

Eyewear House is a retailer of eyewear. They offer various services and products tied to vision care and eyewear, including testing, contact lenses, glasses frames and sunglasses.
1 box of Acuvue Oasys contact lenses for myopia and hyperopia is priced at S$78, 4 boxes cost S$290 and 8 boxes cost S$529. 1 box of Acuvue Oasys contact lenses for astigmatism will set you back by S$96, 4 boxes by S$364 and 8 boxes by S$654.
They sell sunglasses for S$98 each and have a promotion for spectacles lens and frames for S$168. If your lenses are more than 600 degrees, you will have to fork out an additional S$50. You can expect the delivery of your products within a week.

5. Leather Atrium (#02-12)

Leather Atrium retails fashionable leather bags, leather sandals, leather belts, leather wallets and personalised leather bangles. They also specialise in custom orders and repairs.
From broken straps and loose stitches to even a tear in the leather, their leather artisans can repair and restore your bag to a ‘good as new’ state. Is the colour of your bag fading?
Their colour restoration and recolouring services can mask discolouration, stains, scuffing and scratches on your leather goods and make them look as though you just bought them.
Items I spotted include the Daisy – Key (S$38), Long Leather Strap (S$12), Pleated Strap (S$18), Strap (S$12), Brown Leather Bag (S$269) and Leather Belt (S$75).

All Would Envy is a local fashion brand that aims to inspire people to live every day in awe. The fashion store creates vibrant clothing, from daily wear to conversation starters, designed to make people feel confident and unique while fostering a sense of community.

Tops that I spotted include the Lola’s Garden Square-Neck Dress in Navy (S$54) (above, left), Origami Zoo Navy EMB V-Neck Dress Romper (S$56.50) (above, right), Navy Trumpet Floral Sleeveless Panelled Dress (S$49), Floral Province Blue Sleeved Button Dress (S$55) and Pink Hummingbird Men’s Shirt (S$46.90).

Pants-wise, they stock the Zahara Slim Jeans in Light-Wash (S$43.50) (above, left) and the Black Rebec Culottes (S$44.90) (above, right) in small and extra small sizes.

7. U Hair (#02-31)

U Hair is a Singapore-based salon that specialises in hair care and styling. It’s known for its personalised service, anti-frizz expertise and trendsetting stylists. They offer a wide variety of services including basic haircuts, colouring, perms, hair and scalp treatments.
For first-time customers, they offer a basic haircut (including wash) for S$48. They have a promotion of GenTone Hair Colour for S$98 as part of their Grand Opening Deal.
GenTone is a hair colouring treatment known for its use of SilkCore Technology, designed to nourish and strengthen hair, all while delivering long-lasting colour and minimising damage associated with traditional dyes. This treatment achieves lustrous and healthy-looking hair.

8. Oh! Sunny (#02-K1 to K7)

Oh! Sunny is a Singaporean shop that specialises in sun-protective clothes and accessories for the whole family. They combine fashion with sun-safe technology, using fabrics such as their proprietary Twilight fabric that is UPF50+ rated, to effectively shield harmful sun rays.
Items I spotted include the Beige Women Cap (S$58), Neutral Mask (S$50), White Women Cap (S$58), Pink Women Pants (S$70) and Women’s Purple Vest (S$65).

The Stage Walk is a local-based online fashion retailer that focuses on selling trendy and affordable apparel for women. They offer a wide variety of styles, from casual to workwear.
Tops that I saw include the White Dress With Floral Design (S$54.90) (above, left), the Blue Dress With Floral/Butterfly Design (S$48.90) (above, right), the Green Dress (S$33.90), the White Dress (S$33.90) and the Dark Blue Dress (S$48.90).
When I visited, they had an ongoing sale for selected tops (S$17), bottoms (S$18), short dresses/rompers (S$22) and maxi dresses/midi dresses/jumpsuits (S$25).

10. Futurum Academy (#04-08/09)

Futurum Academy in Singapore is a STEAM-focused school that provides comprehensive coding, robotics and design classes for children and young adults, as stated on its website.
They teach Python, a general-purpose programming language known for its readability and simplicity and Arduino, an open-source platform that enables learners to create electronic prototypes via a single-board microcontroller and an integrated development environment.
They have an SG60 promotion (valid until 30 Aug) (S$1,399 Per Term). This comes with free registration for same-day sign-ups (but applicable to new students only).
