Thanksgiving weekend is coming to you early at Kilo‘s Cooking Beats: A Thanksgiving Feast on Thursday, 23 November 2017, with a special 5-course menu ($55++) curated by co-founder, Joshua Adjodha. Celebrate with Kilo, as they honour the festive season with good, hearty food and warm conversations.
Traditional Thanksgiving staples grace the menu, such as Turkey served two ways, braised and sous vide, with sides such as Silky Potato Puree, Roasted Green Beans with Harissa, and of course, not forgetting Gravy and Spiced Cranberry Sauce.
Look forward to Pumpkin Cheesecake with Espresso Whipped Cream, topped with Pecans for dessert. A vegetarian menu is also available upon request.
