Have you ever had a meal wishing you had a side of kimchi to go along with it, even when you’re not having Korean cuisine? Well, never worry about leaving it out again, because now you’ll have the right skills to bring a personal portion of kimchi stashed at home all the time!
Go through a hands-on course, led by Jaslyn Kee at ONE Heart Singapore this 15 March 2018 on how to make your own kimchi. No need to ever resort to buying store-bought bottles that probably have tons of preservatives and can be pricey.
Once you’re done with this workshop, you’ll be able to whip up a fresh batch weekly, if you’re that crazy for this fermented vegetable dish.
The workshop will come with a manual, all the ingredients you’ll need, tips on how to modify flavours in case you prefer your kimchi a certain way and glass container to bring back your homemade kimchi.
For a one-hour long session, the biggest takeaway is you’ll take is not only a simple recipe but a life skill for when your craving hits!
